Meet Ms. Leah
Green Meadows Schoolhouse was founded by Ms. Leah, a mother of three who wanted early childhood education to feel more personal and more respectful of both children and parents.
What started as a small vision for a different kind of childcare experience has grown into three schoolhouse communities built around strong relationships, thoughtful teaching, and the understanding that children learn best when they feel safe and genuinely cared for.
Today, Green Meadows remains intentionally owner-operated — something that has become increasingly rare in premium childcare. Families know who is leading the school, children are truly known by their teachers, and parents have a place that feels supportive from the first day forward.
Because early childhood should never feel rushed, impersonal, or one-size-fits-all.

Programs by age
Every stage of early childhood
From curious infants to confident kindergarteners, we meet each child exactly where they are.
Infants
6 weeks – 18 months
Sweet and observant infants are exposed to simple and interesting materials to engage all of their senses while sign language supports communication.
Toddlers
18 months – 3 years
Fun loving and active toddlers are encouraged in their desire for independence by teachers who are experts at making practical life skills fun and exciting!
Preschoolers
3 – 4 years
Blissfully individualistic preschoolers are supported in their self discovery while their love of creative play is ignited and expanded.
Pre-Kindergarten
4 – 5 years
Wild and wonderful 4 and 5 year olds are encouraged in their love of movement and dramatic play while being introduced to the Olentangy School District Kindergarten Curriculum.
Kindergarten
5 – 6 years
Enthusiastic Kindergarteners get a step ahead thanks to purposeful alignment with Ohio's own Olentangy School District curriculum and a STEAM immersed classroom without the loss of PLAY.
School-Age
6+ years
Before and after school care with homework support, snacks, and plenty of time for unstructured play and exploration.
